Hello everyone,
I have been facing an issue with my WF 7840 printer where the platen pad waste ink counter is not working properly. I have tried troubleshooting it myself but have not been able to find a solution. Has anyone else encountered this problem and found a fix for it? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
