Reset counter epson 3733 not working

Hello everyone,

I'm having some trouble resetting the counter on my Epson 3733 printer. I've tried following the instructions online, but for some reason, it's not working. Has anyone else experienced this issue before? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
