Hello everyone,
I recently purchased a Pantum printer and a chip resetter for the toner cartridges. However, I am having trouble getting the chip resetter to work properly. I have followed all the instructions, but every time I try to reset the chip, it does not register and the printer still shows the toner as empty.
Has anyone else experienced this issue with their Pantum chip resetter? Any advice or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
