epson xp 950 reset tool

I recently downloaded the Epson XP 950 Adjustment Program to fix some issues with my printer, but now it seems to be causing even more problems. The printer is not printing at all now, and I'm not sure what the issue could be. Has anyone else experienced this problem with the adjustment program...
